Backorder Terms & Conditions

Backorder Terms & Conditions:

i) Backorders are sold out item that arranged for re-manufacture and allow you to secure your piece first during manufacturing process.

ii) All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable. 

iii) Backorders might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund will be given in such cases.

iv) For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks, ready stocks item will be mailed out first. (*except from international order which ready stock will be shipped together with backorder)

v) Please take note,sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed as our FITapparel is manufactured outside of Malaysia. In any cases, that our backorder is cancelled, full cash refund refund will be given.
