Purchase of products

GENERAL INFO

1. Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. 

2. There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.

3. The size chart below acts as a guide only and may vary among the FITapparel styles. FIT.CO will not be held responsible if in an unlikely event, a wrong size was bought.

4. Do ensure that the correct item(s) has been selected before you complete your checkout order. FIT.CO will not be able to amend any orders once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item(s) were selected.

5. All orders will only be confirmed after the completion of payment.

6. In the event that the buyer fails to complete the transaction, the item(s) will be made available after 30 minutes from the time of checkout.

7. We reserve the rights to accept and reject any orders.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

1. Discount codes must be applied in the shopping cart before checkout. There will not be reimbursement and refunds made if your discount code is not applied to your order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. You are only eligible for an exchange, if the products received is incorrect. Shipping fees will also be reimbursed by FIT.CO. You can email us at fit.comy@gmail.com or give us a DM on instagram @fit.co_my.

2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. FIT.CO reserves the rights to deny exchange if the product condition is not met to the requirements as mentioned above. You’ll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
